Stopped in this place to see what it was all about. I loved it because it was different and it offers healthy options. The owners are Aubrey and Roxy. Very warm and friendly people. He was a physical therapist and knows about health and knows how to blend foods and offer healthy options to his clients. I ordered a meal replacement smoothie with a Spirulina base and other fruits. It was high in protein. My husband ordered energizing tea made with Mango, lemons and other ingredients. They also offer protein donuts, waffles and Acal bowls. I can’t wait to try their protein coffees. Their prices are reasonable and serving size is generous.

Just tried Blends for lunch today - had an açaí bowl and it was excellent! Fresh, delicious, and you can tell the owners are passionate about nutrition - it was also packed with protein, fiber, and probiotics! The owner was very kind and took the time to educate me on what was in the bowl and ensure I was good with all the ingredients, which was a lovely touch. I’ll definitely be back!

These are some amazing donuts and drinks. These donuts are so good for helping with that sweet tooth on top of getting your protein in. The watermelon tea drink was so refreshing and energizing all in one. Don’t get me started with the mega protein coffee can’t wait to drive back there

So glad I decided to try this place out. The owners are awesome and were extremely accommodating of my wheat allergy. Many of their menu items are gluten free or can be prepared that way, so being able to have multiple options was awesome. The fruity pebble shake & acai bowl were both delicious and I will definitely be back to try their other options.

i love this shop! stephen and his wife are the nicest people ever! i never leave without a smile on my face! The refreshers are the best and have so many benefits to them! Wednesdays and saturdays are for waffles! This shop is amazing and has amazing and healthy options for everyone! Highly recommend!

Loved the spot, the owner was extremely friendly. Amazing guy great energy. The macros on all the shakes, teas and donuts were legit. It's hard to get protein donuts to taste good and these were amazing. I got birthday cake everything Definitely gonna come thru again.

The best place I ever came to and still going ever chance I get the drinks are my favorite my son loves the protein donuts the area it’s a fun, chill spy. The owners are amazing. I recommend this place 1,000,000% nobody would ever regret it. It taste so good.
